The foods you eat change how you think, feel, look and function. All foods have energy and chemicals. Ingesting foods will combine these energies and chemicals with your body. Correct foods will increase your health and performance. Incorrect foods will weaken you and lead to illness and disease.
In Video 17 of the Higher Self Guided Personal Mastery video series, we examine food, nutrition, diet and personal health. The subjects discussed in this video range from food energetics (Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda) to food chemistry (Naturopathy) to natural food methods (Natural Hygiene and Raw Food). In addition, we examine how the foods we eat change our mental and emotional health.

The healthier you can make your body, the more clearly your spiritual self will express into this world. A pure and healthy body allow for clearer communication and perception through the physical senses. A pain-free body allows for physical activity and stress-free thinking. Keeping your body properly fed, healthy and pure is necessary for the fullest human experience as a spiritual being in this world.

Thank you so much for this, I have been vegan for awhile now and I always have been against the idea of having any chicken or fish even though I gained like 10kgs and lost muscles and became so weak that I don’t want to workout anymore, somehow yesterday I felt deep desire from my heart for tuna, and it was crazy I ate the tuna and then I felt my heart open up I felt deep love from me toward me coming out of me, I I went to bed and as I was noticing my body it was digesting the food and my heart was so open I felt that food the tuna going through my joints and my muscles its strange! I thought that planet protein is enough! i feel so satisfied today and less hungry and clam and peaceful!!! plus i noticed that when i wanted to go have tuna some feelings kept showing up like “what will people say?” and “YOU will be judged” “they will make fun of you” but when i pushed through them i felt excitement. I’m working on it, i wanted to be guided by my heart and it wanted tuna!!! maybe tomorrow it might seek something else! but i’m learning to trust it! ,, much love <3
