    Thank you so very much

  2. Nancy says:

I am an expert at denial and pushing away. what i don’t want to feel. This was a challenging video for me. I have watched it several times and most times cried thru part 3. I had difficulty understanding the message, because my thinking mind wanted to hold on to this unhealthy coping mechanism i had developed. My thinking mind had me in chaos; i experienced a lot of confusion, anxiety, and sadness after viewing this video, but i did as you instructed and left the emotions be. I had a hard time understanding the message of this video because my ego and thinking mind were creating a lot of emotional distractions and confusion. .i started doing spiritual heart meditation and I now know that love will heal my subconscious pain and dissolve my ego. By being the witness i came to understand how my thinking mind was creating all the chaos and fear i had been feeling. This was an amazing experience for me. I am feeling much stronger and more confident in myself and my spirituality. Thank you Lincoln for all your wisdom and guidance. Much love and Namaste

This is wonderful Nancy. Often our most difficult challenges create our greatest growth. It takes a lot of courage and trust to be able to stay in meditative awareness while the mind is creating emotional chaos within. The ego wants to run, hide, fight, deny, and repress what is happening in the present moment experience. Knowing that we the ego is not the real self, we can find the strength within to stay conscious, resist going unconscious, and “weather the storm”. This leads to the great breakthrough of realizing that we have power over the mind and ego. Within every victory each successive difficulty is easier to overcome.

Yes, the source of healing for our emotions is Divine Love. Humans seek Love (deep happiness) in every experience we desire. By learning to give ourselves Love and to share Love we heal all our wounds. This video offers a great exercise to nourish yourself. EXPERIENCE EMOTIONAL FREEDOM – HIGHER SELF TECHNIQUE

  4. Katie says:

I just dont know how to let things “be” when what I’m “feeling” is fear. My husband left me after 27 years. it was a shock to me. i love him and feel he is my “family” and I’ve been discarded like trash on Monday. I dont hate him. The truth is that I’m very sad and I dont like this feeling and I cant shake it. “Let it be” – It takes every fiber of my being to get out of bed each day lately and thats not good. I dont see an end to this suffering. I cant see five minutes in front of me without being terrified.,,I know, I know, just “be”…I also feel guilty that I’m feeling any sorrow for myself when there are so many who are suffering so much more right now. Its just pathetic and i really need help getting out of this funk that Im in right now…

  5. Lincoln says:

  7. Jah says:

Happy New Year, 2016. My intention and work is focused upon living fully in this world with my consciousness in my heart here and now in every moment.
I have lived the great majority of my life in the detached witness state due to much trauma and abuse, pain and sickness. Yet I sill love life, I still feel an intense desire to live this life, I have experienced much hardship yet I desire to live here ever more fully.
As always, thank you, Lincoln, for being an exemplary teacher.
