How to Control your Emotions and Create Emotions at Will

Have you been taught that people cannot control their emotions? Do you think that emotions are automatic responses to the world? Do you feel a powerless prisoner of your emotional reactions?

    One of, if not, the most powerful of your videos. I am a very emotional person and I tend to be moody (sometimes for unknown causes), shifting from hour to hour, and I get really frustrated when I can’t shift myself back into a “better” emotion (just happened the other day). This only makes it worse, and it creates really hard situations that follow too. I have realized this from an intellectual standpoint, but I think I am too involved “in” the feeling. The video helped me out a lot. I will try to detach myself, realizing that I am the one who experiences emotion, and am not “of” it.

    Thank you, Lincoln, for the valuable lesson today. Today I experienced a quick, pulsing energy from the base to the top of my spine. At first, the heart, back of neck and occipital were blocking the energy. Then effortlessly and naturally the energy flowed from base to top of spine filling my head with violet color energy. It was energetic peacefulness.
