Stop resisting the present moment. Understand psychological patterns of resistance.

The majority of human suffering is caused by resistance to what is happening in the present moment. Identify your psychological patterns of resistance due to fear, disempowerment, inability to trust, and irrational belief structures to stop resisting your own happiness.

In every moment, every human has 3 choices: movement out (expression), movement in (withdrawal), and no movement (stillness). When we break down life to it’s fundamentals, things become clear and simple. Resistance is created when a person reacts to a situation by expression or withdrawal. These actions can be physical, emotional or mental. By learning how to stay in stillness, we can stop our resistance patterns and experience peace and freedom.

This Channel Higher Self video teaching examines the 3-fold fundamental nature of reality: movement out, movement in, and no movement. In numerous spiritual traditions, these 3 aspects of expression have been taught about. In China, they are called yang, yin, and emptiness. In India, they are the 3 gunas: raja, tamas, and sattva. In numerous traditions, they are called male, female and emptiness or nothing or void. The names sun, moon, and space have also been used. Every tradition agrees that these 3 movements create the fundamental nature of manifest reality. By understanding life in this way, you will simplify your choices and empower yourself to act correctly.

Let this Channel Higher Self video teaching guide you in unlocking your full potential as a free will, creative spiritual being.

Blessings and Love.

Lincoln I have ocd and I have very negative repetitive thoughts about being abducted and tortured. I have no reason to think this is really going to happen, so the thought is my main enemy. I don’t want to ‘give in’ to these thoughts. What do I do with these thoughts that won’t leave me alone?

    Thank you,

Hello Geo. Watch my video: Spiritual Explanation of Intrusive Thoughts OCD, ADD & ADHD. This video teaches about intrusive thoughts and OCD.

After watching this video, then I recommend that you read my articles New to Higher Self Teachings? Start here. and What is meditation? How to practice meditation. The most effective way to control your thoughts is meditation. I recommend practicing meditation every day, at least twice each day (morning and evening). You can practice as many times each day as you like. There is no danger to genuine meditation. Meditation will teach you how to first watch your thoughts and then how to slow and quiet them. Eventually you will experience periods of time with no thoughts in your mind. Mind control is the foundation of every genuine spiritual path and every path of health in my opinion. When we learn to control our mind, we can accomplish anything in this world.

If you would like additional help Geo, I am available for personal consultation and Higher Self channeling. Please contact me.

I wish you the best on your life journey. Blessings and Love,

    ~ Lincoln

Why do you channel the higherself instead of channeling it without stopping?

  4. Lincoln says:

I do live in the Higher Self state constantly. Once a person experiences the Higher Self as a sufficient enough depth, the experience never stops and never leaves. Blessings and Love.
