Lincoln, I am glad that Higher Self continued with the message from last week because it helped me to increase my awareness to remain more focused or centered on Love! I am receiving knowledge about myself, but it is not coming through the typical way that it has in the past. It is more of a ‘knowing’ or subtle ‘intuitive’ learning that I have been receiving.
I have been practicing the method of radiating Love this week. It increases my vibration each and every time that I do it (while meditating, driving, walking, etc.)…I feel it. Now, today’s meditation on being the Golden Light of Christ was a nice progression for me in taking the next step to having a direct experience of myself. I felt my vibration increase as I practiced it. During my practice of this Golden Light of Christ mediation it seemed like I kept naturally being pulled ‘back’ into radiating Love from my Spiritual Heart…so, I let radiating Love flow from within. I did visualize the Golden Light of Christ radiating from my heart through my chakras and through my body and entire energy system. I felt my vibration increase, but I still seemed to keep being almost magnetized or pulled back to my Spiritual Heart and radiating the energy of Love. The energy of Love seemed to get stronger this week as I practiced the technique from last week, so maybe that is why. I will continue to practice this method of radiating the Golden Light of Christ, so that I stay focused on it.

Lincoln, today when I practiced the Golden Light of Christ meditation, I was able to see myself glowing like an egg with this Light from within myself, pulsating outward. It emanated from my Spiritual Heart. I felt my vibrational energy increase even stronger than it had in the past when I meditated. It felt like my whole body went into a state of bliss. I could feel my cells tingling all over from the energy of this Light. I felt the energy of Love emanating through this Light and out from my body into the World. It was quite an ecstatic feeling!

What a fantastic meditation! I was with you every step of the way, Lincoln, and am surrounded and permeated by spiritual golden flames! All there is to do is to become and share this light. Love is viral – it wants to spread itself to everything! Thanks for the inestimable value of this video, which is itself a manifestation of the very same love which it spreads to others. Thank God you are here to reveal something people can actually FEEL!
Lincoln, I once saw a spot of golden light, appear in a time when I was in a state of “great” helpnessness emotionally, it caught my attention for a second and then dissappeared, maybe out of a “shock” of the unusual i felt better afterwards more at peace.. I also see blue spots from time to time, .. I found that these might be my spiritual guides , or archangels… what do you think?
Sometimes beings of light do show up to offer us encouragement and remind of the greater Spiritual beings we are. Other times these beings of light show up to watch and study us, as this Earthly experience is of interest to many non-physical beings. It is possible to communicate telepathically (mind-to-mind) with these beings of light. Sometimes they will communicate, other times they will not. Be open to the impossible and remain in Love.
