Our consciousness and awarness is at the center of who and what we are. In this video you will learn how to use the depth of your awareness to understand your body, emotions and mind. Then to use your consicousness intelligence to change how your body, emotions and mind function – bringing you to higher states of personal power and success.

The way of the Shaman involves dedication to the cultivation and advancement of own’s self. This includes mastery of the mind, emotions, and body. At the core of shamanism is the control of one’s awareness and consicousness, which gives the shaman the ability to access altered states of perception and an expanded experience of reality. Transforming the body in to higher frequencies of health and power is necessary to reach these alternate realities and dimensions.

This video is made up of 2 sections. The first is myself speaking about my own experiences on the topic. The second part is myself channeling the Higher Self Consciousness. I have begun sharing my own personal perspective on these spiritual topics because some viewers have stated that the Higher Self message can be difficult to understand. I will continue to use this new format because I have received consistent feedback that my personal discussions are very helpful.
