Breathing is your first action in life and your final action at death. You are always breathing. Your breath is your most powerful spiritual tool. Learn how to use your breath to experience total enlightenment.

There is no other single spiritual tool as powerful as your breath. People try to sell you crystals, herbs, foods, electrical devices, jewelry and art – claiming that they will give you enlightenment. They will not. Nothing outside of you can give you enlightenment. God has already given you everything you need to spiritually awaken.

In every moment of your life you are breathing. Your breath can be consciously controlled or unconsciously controlled. Your first action as a human is breathing. Your last action will also be breathing. Without your breath you cannot exist in this world. Your breath is your most important action. Your breath is also your most important spiritual tool.

    wow! When you said that the breath was our first creation into the world… I totally saw the breath differently. I felt all my cells vibrating, I truly did feel my body was healing. I was so happy because I felt like I can be with my son more fully. It really showed me how much distance we do put between ourselves.

    Wonderful Jessica. I am very happy for you. When we connect our Higher Mind to our physical breath it can activate within it other properties, namely nonphysical, energetic properties.

    The breath is truly the most sacred function our human body performs. The breath alone is enough to carry a person into peace, bliss and God Consciousness. After all, our breath carries our soul here into this world.

    I watched this video a few years ago and just again. And still such a powerful teaching and meditation. I try and focus on the breathe throughout the day during my daily activities always reminding myself to come back to the breathe 🙂

    The breath is the greatest tool your body offers you for your spiritual enlightenment. The breath controls our thoughts and emotions, regulates energy in the nervous system to affect organ function, and awakens our kundalini. The breath contains within itself the 3 movements of creative consciousness – the movement towards center, the movement away from center, the still point. Focusing on one’s breath throughout the day will quiet the mind. Then at times of sitting meditation, the breath can silence the mind and samadhi experienced.
