    I think I got it, but what for example about unwanted forms like diseases one wants to change nito health? It is natural to want health and to not wantt disease; there are always preferences?!

    Hello Andreas. The body is designed / programed by nature to desire to survive. When the body is able to move it’s muscles well, fight threats effectively (immunity), gain new energy for activity (digestion and breathing), think clearly (brain function), then it’s survival potential is high. When the body is weak and unhealthy, it’s survival potential is low. The body is designed by nature to be healthy because health equals increased potential to survive. The body desires to continue to survive and have more experiences.

    The human being’s mind and the emotions it experiences can add to the health or reduce the health of the human body. When a person experiences constricted emotions (fear, doubt, guilt, shame, etc) this causes a stress response in the body which reduces health. When person experiences expansive emotions (happiness, peace, confidence, love, etc) the body experiences health. Modern day hormone chemical science is one way that illustrates the power of the mind and emotions. Automatically, a person’s mind desires to experience more personal happiness – which equates to more physical health.
