Mind Mastery: The Origin of your Mind is in Your Heart

Most people think that the mind is in the brain, but truthfully, the mind starts in the Heart. Learn how to quiet your thoughts in order to feel the subtle energy that begins in your Heart and then rises up to the brain. Experience for yourself that your mind begins in your Heart. Experience that your Heart is the source.

It is true that we hear our thoughts in the frontal lobe and prefrontal cortex (forehead) location of our brain. It is not true, however, that the brain is the source of our thoughts, the source of our mind or the source of our consciousness. The brain is an amazing, brilliant super computer, but the the intelligence within the brain begins in another location – the Spiritual Heart.

The Spiritual Heart is an energy center, located at the middle of the aura, in the deepest layer of the energy body. Many people would not believe this statement, however I can prove to you that it is undeniably true.

In this video you will be taught how to directly experience that the energy of each and every thought starts in the center of your chest and then rises up to the brain and into the frontal lobe and prefrontal cortex, where you then hear the thought spoken to your conscious awareness. You will know the thought as a movement of creative energy first, and then the spoken voice second.

Deepen your experience of your self and develop your knowledge of reality. You are not your thoughts. You are something far greater and far more powerful. Learn to experience yourself beyond your thoughts in this Mind Mastery video teaching by the Higher Self.

Blessings and Love.

Thank you so much Lincoln !!!
After centering on the center of my chest to open the door of love and light for many years, hearing the location moved from where we have been practicing got my mind active the entire meditation. Why now the right of our center?

Hello Lincoln, Can you give me an explanation of what you mean when you say “energy”. As in ” fear is an energy”. Or “fear is an emotional energy”. Thank you.

  3. Lincoln says:

Hello Michael, The precise location is not very important. Feeling the energy is important. If we search for the location during our meditation, then we are still in our active mind and we are entering the meditative state. Let the energy that you feel in the center of your chest guide you. The actual center of the Spiritual Heart is only 1-2 inches off-center. So the distance from exact center in minimal.

  4. Lincoln says:

Emotion is “energy in motion” or moving energy that we feel inside our bodies and also coming from people and objects around us. Fear is one type of emotional energy. It is a frequency of energy that we experience in our experience, often described as a feeling, but different than physical touch. The energy exists in a non-physical state — meaning that it is not perceived by the 5 physical senses.

Thanks so much. I have been using your site to the fullest and trying to answer my questions with the material already on the website. There is so much 🙂 The emotional body is a non physical energy body that is overlapped on the physical body. that is where the chakras reside.

When an idea challenges me rather than give up on it or assume it is wrong because i don’t understand it ( I do this way to much, sorry) , I have been challenging my self to focus on what is being said. defining terms when I need too. Having real world first hand experiences. And when it comes to real world first hand experiences, you are almost always right in my experience.

I think the root of many of my blocks in my life and on the higher self path is too much arrogance and self importance when it comes to my opinions, ideas and beliefs about life.

Thank you again 😉 I figured I was thinking to much about a exact spot. Have a wonderful week . Thanks for clarifying.
    Blessings
