Mind Mastery: Establish Yourself as Higher Consciousness

Controlling the mind from outside the mind is like trying to control a wild animal. You may temporarily limit it’s behaviors but you never control it’s action. To truly control the mind, you must be inside the mind. If you are hearing your thoughts, you are outside of the mind. If your mind is free from thoughts, then you are getting close. When your consciousness is able to understand an experience without using thoughts, manifest emotional energy and feel it radiate from your energy body while being thought-free, and move your physical body by feeling yourself inside of it – then you have it! You will know you are there because you are experiencing it directly and thoughts have become useless.

Before you will be able to truly use your mind and unlock it’s greatest potential, you must first know yourself as the Higher Consciousness that exists in a dimension of yourself beyond your mind. As human beings we have 4 dimensions: physical body, emotional body, mental body, and spiritual self. It is your spiritual self that is the awareness, higher intelligence and creative energy that flows into the physical, emotional and mental bodies to give it life. You always are the spiritual self, but you may not know it or fully experience it. By gaining a fuller experience of this spiritual self, you will awaken greater creative abilities in your physical body, emotions and mind. Learn how to stay as the Higher Consciousness spiritual self and then enter into the mind to truly create within it.

We, as human beings, have a higher mind and a lower mind. We have a higher understanding that is independent from the cause-and-effect experiences of our human lifetime, and a lower understanding it is conditioned by all the experiences of our life. To most effectively create the life you desire, you must be established in this higher mind, higher consciousness state. This video teaching will show you how.
