In any creative process there are 3 steps that use the 3 characteristics of our soul. We are Awareness, Intelligence and Energy as a soul and as God Consciousness.

The most popular spiritual teachings and practices focus on “being the awareness” or “witness state”. These teachings and practices are a great introduction to genuine spirituality and higher states consciousness. And there is more beyond them.

Good meditation. You got me at the end though…”I love life…?”
    I…….
    …..uh,…….

    love.
    uh……….
    ok. It’s got its moments.

When you notice resistance in your mind or emotions to an affirmation such as “I love life,” it would be wise to continue to use this affirmation to create change in ourselves. The statement “I love life” is difficult for many people to feel as true. The more we work with this affirmation, the more we will notice beneficial changes.

    HI lincoln, Namaste!

Fantastic! How, please does the space of Awareness relate to the space element? Do we feel the space element first? Namaste!

Thank you for your question. Often in my videos, you hear the Higher Self instruct you to, “become aware of the space around your body and within your body”. By focusing on the element of space, we notice the qualities of stillness, silence and emptiness. As we continue to focus on space, the thinking mind becomes more spacious, still, silent and empty. The emotions also take on these same qualities. Even the physical body begins to feel empty and spacious.

Space is “a formless form” that we can focus our awareness upon. Doing so increases it’s qualities in the mental body, emotional body, physical body and external world. Space is a created form in our awareness. The form of space interacts with the other forms (earth, water, fire, air, ether) to create the physical and nonphysical dimensions.

Space is something that we can become aware of. Therefore awareness and space are different. Space is part of the created universe, whereas awareness is perceiving this created universe within itself.

The form of space is the form most similar in quality to awareness but they are different. By focusing on space we also become more aware of our own awareness. Space is the best form to focus on to become more self-aware. A skilled meditator will eventually not need to focus on space but can “be aware of being the awareness” directly without distraction.

    Thank you for your question.
