10 Minute Higher Self Meditation: Open Your Spiritual Heart

For 10 minutes, let the Higher Self guide you to open your Spiritual Heart – the deepest energy center where your soul first enters into your human self. Experience the blissful Love of your soul expand to fill your entire body and aura.

This Higher Self channeled meditation is a powerful method to quickly connect to your Higher Self. The Spiritual Heart is the deepest energy center of the human mind-body system. It is located in the center of the Causal Body, which is the deepest part of the Mental Body. The Spiritual Heart is different than the Anahatta Chakra (Heart Chakra) in the Emotional Body / Astral Body. It is also different than the physical heart organ. The Spiritual Heart is where we connect to our soul – the deepest part of our spiritual self. Beyond the soul is the Universal Consciousness, our Source.

This quick 10 minute meditation will help you to open your Spiritual Heart. This blissful Love energy will greatly help to quiet your mind, silence your thoughts, balance your energy, and heal your emotions. You may use this meditate many times a day to keep yourself aligned with your soul.

Blessings and Love.

Hey Lincoln, do you ground your plants?

  2. Lincoln says:

Hello Colin, I do not use any electrical devices to “ground” my plants… if that is what you are asking.

I do keep my plants located in areas that fit the sunlight requirements of the particular type of plant (as some require more or less sunlight, direct vs indirect, etc). I also have my doors and windows open as much as possible to ensure fresh air flow for myself and my plants. I water my plants with spring water and occasionally use a sea weed (kelp) based organic nutrition fertilizer to maintain mineral balance.

I also keep my living environment in high energetic levels of health with minimal energetic pollution due to electrical devices, human stress, certain types of music, negative thinking, etc.

  3. Colin says:

Yeah, I mean grounding in the way that Clint Ober does it or earthing. I haven’t done this experiment myself so I can’t say it with 100% conviction , but I’ve seen it in documentaries and pictures. There is an experiment where you ground one plant and not the other , and the ungrounded plant wilts and withers. While the grounded plant remains firm and healthy. It was done with several different plants in the documentary ‘The Grounded’, but I have mostly seen it done with sunflowers. This picture is an example.

It could be a fun experiment to give you a first hand experience of weather this works or not. And if it does then I’m sure your plants would love it.

I am familiar with the Earthing devices and science. I have also worked as a consultant for the Earthing company in 2009.

  5. Colin says:

Of course you are, you’re the one that pushed me to get an earthing device. It definitely makes a difference with my sleeping. I am basically guaranteed to wake up an hour earlier than usual when I sleep grounded. Very cool stuff. I know it makes a difference with the blood too. I have seen it in myself in a personal experience that would just be weird to share here.

I just came across this article.

    http://www.universityherald.com/articles/6056/20131207/promotion-potted-plant-workplace-decorative-purposes-positive-psychological-effects-health-benefits-university-of-exeter.htm

“The researchers found that indoor plants improve staff wellbeing by 47 per cent, creativity by 45 percent and productivity by 38 percent. The finding now contradicts the popular belief that houseplants are unwanted elements in the business environment.

The study was conducted by the Identity Realization research group at the University of Exeter in collaboration with Indoor Garden Design.”

  7. Lincoln says:

Having regular contact with the earth’s energy is very important. I am happy that this device is helping you.

I also recommend sun bathing and standing on the earth barefoot.

  8. Lincoln says:

Thank you for sharing. Yes, plants are conscious beings. Their energies have a noticeable affect on your own happiness and energy levels. This is common knowledge to many spiritually-aware people, but is often not known by the mass consciousness. Blessings and Love.

  9. Jah says:

    Nice. Thank you, Lincoln.
