Why am I bored when I meditate? Incorrect meditation causes boredom.

The Higher Self answers the question, “why do I experience boredom when I meditate?”. If you meditate correctly you will not get bored. Instead you will experience deep peace, expanded awareness, and even blissful happiness.

You have often heard the Higher Self say that there are many spiritual practice and meditation methods and very few are correct and effective. In modern times, spirituality has moved away from practical methods and into stories, fantasies, and even lies. Spirituality has become less a science and more a consumerism sales market.

The truth never changes. The most ancient meditation methods have remained unchanged for thousands of years because they are correct and will always be correct. Spirituality is very simple. Only a few practices are necessary to take a person all the way to spiritual enlightenment and ascension.

In this video you will learn how to correctly meditate. Correct meditation will not create boredom, fatigues or tiredness. You will become more alert, awake and aware with meditation. Your energy levels will increase. Emotional suffering will reduce. Joy and bliss will arise inside of you while you stay just as you are.

Meditation has always been the first and last practice in any genuine spiritual system. Learn how to meditate correctly in this Higher Self video.

Blessings and Love.

With regular practice, your ability to concentrate your mind will improve. Your mind will wander less and your meditations will become much more enjoyable. The peace will deepen and insights will arise about yourself and your life. Meditation shows us who we are and helps us discover more potential that we have. I wish you the best Kathy. Keep at it!
