In part one, we spend 30 minutes developing our experience of this state of total awareness in the present moment. Your spiritual awakening is the process of fully expanding into this present moment.

By remaining in a meditative state while listening to the Higher Self, you will experience an expansion of your consciousness that takes you into the direct experience of this state of total awareness. Follow the guidance and relax as you listen.
