Thank you, Lincoln. I know this experience. It spontaneously occurred to me one day many years ago. There was a large opening the size of my head from the crown to my heart. The energy flowed from my crown to my heart like a beam of light. My heart opened and radiated this light energy so intensely that I could not contain it. If I would try I would have literally had a heart attack. So I allowed this energy to continue to flow to everywhere and to everyone around me. This was a continuous moment of Grace, the Gratitude I felt to God was immense. Joy. Bliss. Radiance. Oneness. Love. Generosity. It lasted about 2 hours and I was able to function in the world as normal but from this High state of being. The lives of those around me changed profoundly. I sadly became angry that the feeling went away and became severely ill. During this meditation I was able to attain a smaller version of the experience. And that is perfect for this moment. Thank you, Lincoln. Thank you.
Thank you, Lincoln. I found you recently and immediately sought a private session. I have not responded to your email with available times to set anything up. I have decided to start from where you have directed me to start. Though I have been wandering “on” this path for a long time, I have much work to do. I’m thankful to have found your material. I do get tingling energy as your teaching resonates with deep understanding in me. It is a relief to hear spoken the uncomplicated truths within that I’ve felt since my childhood. I haven’t known what to do with them, or how one lives a life by them. Chop wood, carry water. Help screaming child with home work, make dinner, pay taxes… I’m still a bit confused about what it looks like to be the wife and mother that I am and function in this plane. That whole “perfect as is” yet “striving without striving” duality of being. Feeling the Earth energy is shifting and devoting energy and intention to refine my connection to Higher Self to get where I’d like to be while knowing I’m already here(-ish).
