Mind Mastery: Focus and Patience

After you create with your intentions, affirmations and mental energy – then what? Learn how to amplify and expand your manifestation mastery with this simple Higher Self Mind Mastery practice.

First we connect within to our Higher Self. We quiet the mind’s activities by going beyond the mind. Then we reconnect with the mind, entering as our now expanded consciousness. Inside the mind, we create our intentions with full awareness. After creation, we focus our awareness and remain concentrated. This further empowers the creative energy to manifest.

Your personal consciousness is your greatest creative power. What you focus on you empower. We focus within our mind to create within the mind. After stating our intentions, we must then hold our attention onto the energy that was produced in our minds. This holding action amplifies the mental energy, delivering it more deeply into the grid of energy and intelligence operating underneath physical life.

If you want to be a successful manifestor, you must empower your manifestations with a focused mind and patience heart.

Does this sound complex? It’s not. Learn how to amplify and expand the power of your manfesting mind in the next video in this Mind Mastery miniseries.

Blessings and Love.

This video from LG and the Higher Self is EXTRAORDINARY! Even though its name doesn’t tell all, this video teaches you how to create a deep intention and how to give the intention more power than to simply make the resolve and ‘walk away’. the example he used for an intention stretched my concept of the sorts of things that can be intentions: it’s not just the ‘things’ we want to change but also to deepen into realities of who we are. So much thanks love and honor to Lincoln and the Higher Self for these huge gifts.
