Exercise your Body – Exercise your Intentions

It is essential to exercise your mind, body, and spiritual abilities each and every day. Take time for rest and activity. Exercising your body and mind in a balanced way will fill your body with more spiritual energy as your cells expand and contract, creating more space within your physical being.

Purification of your physical body is very benefitial to reach higher levels of spiritual bliss, as you purify your nervous system and remove toxins from your tissue.

Trust the natural guidance of your body. Make the intention to walk, stretch, and meditate every day.

The Self and God are One. Know Thyself.

Who am I? What am I? What is God? Who is God? How can I know this?

Feel the waves of spiritual bliss as we reconnect to our true Self, the Self that experiences all Life as Oneness, all Life as God.

Clear up misunderstandings and misidentification by turning your attention away from the mind, your thoughts, and into your Self as Pure Consciousness. Pure, untainted, and perfect Consciousness. Where perfect Peace, perfect Stillness, and perfect Love exist as You.

Pure Energy is what you are.

Avoid common pitfalls in the spiritual marketplace. Know yourself as the Pure Light, the Pure Energy of Creation.

Recognize yourself as the Pure Energy that is creating your experience of Life. Reconnect to yourself and stop the egoic pursuit of more light, more energy, more, more, more.

Feeling the resistance of my ego personality as I walk foward on my spiritual path, I was compelled to ask my Higher Self for advise.

What is the Higher Self

Channelling to the Higher Self, asking it to define itself.

Keep in mind, describing the Higher Self is like describing water. You can list water’s qualities in familiar words, however these words can never give you the experience of what water is. To know water, you must touch it, taste it, and immerse yourself in it. Only then will you know what water is.

Words are fingers pointing at the moon – guiding posts, nothing more.

How does someone channel?

Communicating with the Higher Self to learn more about the art of channelling.

Principles of channelling.

1. We are all vibration, constantly in communication with all of Life everywhere.

2. Our desires create our experience. Honor your desire to channel by setting aside quiet time to practice.

3. Trust your experience and the information that comes through. Do not block the flow of information with the judging mind.
