Higher Self Explains Why All Spiritual Practices Are Essentially Two Types

The Higher Self uses a balanced approach to awakening that honors feminine and masculine methods. Everything in our reality is either feminine or masculine in quality.  We must develop both aspects to experience the highest states of spiritual awakening.

The feminine qualities are the reception quality of the soul.  Meditation practices that focus on awareness, emptiness, stillness, and silence are feminine in nature.

The masculine masculine qualities are the energy quality of the soul.  Meditation practice that focus on expression, creative energy, manifestation, affirmation, visualization, kundalini energy, channeling, and energy healing are masculine in nature.

There is also a third part to the soul – the intelligence.

Through the interaction of the female and male qualities, the child is created and developed.  Our soul’s intelligence is the child.  As we perceive more (awareness) and create more (energy) our intelligence evolves.  By participating in life we realize who we truly are.  We truly are God.
