This week’s topics will be:

❤️ My question for you and the Higher Self is about yin and yang—a symbol that holds so much more meaning than most of us realize.

Through meditation, I’ve begun to understand that it goes far beyond duality, the simple balance of good and evil, or black and white, as I once believed.

Could you expand on its deeper meaning and how we can apply it to our daily lives?

❤️ Receive a Higher Self guided meditation that works with the energy of yin and yang.
