1) The Higher Self teaches that the Spiritual Heart is the deepest part of our human self and the most important part of ourselves to awaken.  Can the Higher Self describe the Spiritual Heart – such as it’s location and how to recognize if we are truly feeling it’s energy?  What happens to us when we experience our Spiritual Heart?  How are we changed and are these changes permanent? Also, what are the best ways to awaken our Spiritual Heart?
