1) What I’ve learned is that the mind always wander and it’s nature is confusion. It’s restless.. Ramana Maharshi said that every man is divine by nature, but what’s evil are his desires, intentions etc. Some spiritual traditions say that you have to go straight to the Source to transcend restlessness, other’s say No Mind.

My question is, how can we know that we are not the mind? Our lives would be much easier and peaceful if we stop identifying with the mind and following the story of thought, rather than creating chaos for ourselves and people around us and the planet of course.

Every enlighten teacher tells, that just being a witness of the mind we will realize that we are not the mind and finally transcend the mind. That in No mind is God’s presence within us.
