Is there a difference between the knowledge that exists in the Spiritual Heart compared to the knowledge that exists in the highest chakra (sometimes referred to as the 13th chakra or the God Head Chakra)?

What is the difference when it comes to the energies and frequencies that come out of the Spiritual Heart compared to the energies and frequencies that come out of and are available in, or through the 13th chakra?
