❤️ Are there practices we can do to improve our emotional self-awareness? Sometimes I notice that I’m feeling off but I’m not sure what emotions I am feeling. I just know that I don’t feel right.  I would love to know how to know exactly what I am feeling and why.

Also, when I’m stuck in some emotions that I am not enjoying, is it okay to try to change them or should I just feel them and let them happen? I get confused because there are different opinions about emotions and what’s best to do with them. I would love to know what the Higher Self has to say.
