❤️ Sometimes my mind thinks about fearful things that could happen in the future but aren’t very likely to happen.  Like I’m afraid of running out of food or a bomb being dropped or my boyfriend not loving me or that someone that I love could die.  My mind randomly thinks about these things and this pattern keeps happening. Can the Higher Self explain to me why this happens and what I can do to stop this? What are some tools that will help?
