❤️ Hi Lincoln. For me again, during today’s first Inner Circle meeting meditation I feel much more of an “ease” and interest in moving into the Causal dimension. I would even describe it as a preference.

At times I have experienced the Astral dimension in meditation as well during my dream state at times. But I have done little deliberate exploration so far.

Most often when I sit down to go into meditation I focus my awareness to move up / down through the channel and push higher above the crown and expand to experience the lights flashing, the rolling energy waves and geometric patterns, etc. as I look into my mind. I welcome it – love it. (though I might not get there every time)

Gathering the etheric energy into my abdomen also has helped how fast, charged and quickly I can get to the “door ” … and patiently wait for it to open.

Can the Self comment on this/my preference?

I would love to experience much more of the Astral dimension – and other nonphysical beings and the Astral universe – but I just roll with where my awareness goes…..and relax into it.
