The Correct Way to Meditate and the Stages Towards Enlightenment

Learn the correct way to meditate in this Higher Self video. There are hundreds of meditation techniques however most are ego-created mental gymnastics (imagination, visualization, sound, mantra, etc.) and are not true meditation. By understanding what the true goal of meditation is – Spiritual Enlightenment – you will easily see which meditation techniques will create enlightenment and which will not. Educate yourself and avoid many of the traps of spirituality.

Meditation is the practice that introduces us to and deepens within us the state of Bliss Consciousness or Awareness. This state of transcendental awareness has been called the 4th state because it is the experience beyond the three dimensions of manifest form – mind (causal), emotion (astral), and body (physical/material). When we correctly practice meditation we are immediately placed into the 4th state of transcendental awareness, where we can most effectively drop our ego and achieve enlightenment.

In this Satsang with the Self video you will be taught about the stages of meditation that occur as your meditation deepens. Learn how meditation will allow you to transcend your physical body (matter body), then your emotional body (astral body), and finally your mental body (causal body) to reach a total experience of the 4th State (turiya) or Truth-Consciousness-Bliss (Sat Chit Ananda). This video will describe how this process occurs and how you can successfully reach Spiritual Enlightenment or Self-Realization.

    Lincoln,
Thank you for such clarity. This information has helped to remind me of where I am along my path, and with my process of meditation. So important to differentiate between meditation and energy/mind exercises. Sometimes in the past I have found myself becoming confused and fuzzy about the difference. Thank you. in light and love,
    Mica

Thank you Lincoln. I am feeling very strong energy in my third eye, so I did the om mantra video. This eases the fear I have had associated with my third eye.

  5. Lincoln says:

Excellent Jah. Our fear primarily comes from the experience of the unknown. When we do not know what something is or is going to be, then we feel fear as our primary response. Second, our minds project into the fear either an idea of happiness (attraction) or an idea of suffering (avoidance). When we learn to stay in awareness and let the experience be as it is, then we stop the patterns of fear and we do not project. Instead we directly experience what is happening and then we gain genuine knowledge. We must have the courage to be with a new experience to allow this knowledge to arise. I wish you the best Jah.
