Removing Addiction and Addictive Behaviors with Spiritual Awareness and Understanding

How many of us have addictions or addictive behavior patterns? Big or small, nearly everyone has at least one addiction in their life. Emotional food cravings, relationship dependency patterns, chemical or substance abuse, drug use, even social avoidance and extreme spiritual practices are all types of addiction.

We experience addiction when the power of our subconscious mind overcomes our own free will conscious mind thinking. We do something that we know we should not do. We let our subconscious mind overpower our conscious willpower. We experience temporary relief and then we suffer.

It is easy for us to see the patterns of our different addictions and addictive behaviors. We know that giving into the addiction will give us temporary relief and happiness, and then we will suffer again. And we will desire more and continue the harmful pattern of self-abuse.

So how do we break this difficult pattern of abuse and addiction? What can we do to make this process more easy and effective? How can we be free of our subconscious mind and addictive patterns?

In this higher consciousness video, you will receive spiritual advice and spiritual guidance that will help you to better understand your addictive behaviors so that you can be free from the suffering that you experience within.

Many blessings and much Love!
