    Thank you Lincoln, this teaching is very helpful. It’s tricky as strong emotions seem to take control of you. It takes disapline to remember to centre myself breathe and be in the moment. Its interesting to hear how powerful the ohm mantra is in this instance.

    Hello Sue. Yes, working to break our emotional patterns can be tricky. It helps to make the process as simple as possible. Then it will be easier to stick to the process and use it more often.

    The breath is the most powerful tool in the body to control the mind. When the breath is steady and rhythmic, the mind is calm and focused. When undesirable emotions arise, return to guiding the breath. As the breath returns to it’s steady rhythm, the emotional energy will calm and balance.

    Working with the OM / AUM mantra is very powerful as well. It will transform the emotional energies into higher, more beneficial frequencies. OM is the supreme vibration. Working with it will accelerate our spiritual growth in many ways.
