Forgiveness: Freedom From Control of Your Subconscious Mind Ego

Forgiveness is far more than releasing ourselves and others from blame, guilt, shame or anger. Forgiveness is giving ourselves freedom from being controlled by our subconscious mind and personal ego self. Forgiveness removes the thoughts, emotions and energies that keep us feeling stuck and hold us back from personal growth and healing.

In this Satsang with the Self video we examine the importance of learning to live more fully in this present moment to cultivate increased awareness and greater control of our conscious thinking, conscious decision and conscious actions. By living in greater “here now” awareness we increase our ability to learn from our past, remove those parts our of ego, mind, emotions, and psychology that are blocking our personal growth, heal ourselves, and ultimately progress towards living in a state of spiritual awakening. The key to our own happiness exists in this moment by discovering who we are and living in this state of consciousness, no longer being controlled by our subconscious mind, personal ego self, karmic history, and past experiences.

Many blessings and much Love!

    Thanks Lincoln!

This message was very timely for me because I am practicing focus on living in the ‘now’ moment. Focus on ‘now’ helps me to feel more relaxed, relief, awareness, and alive. It makes me feel liberated from all of the cares and identification with the egoic thoughts of who I want to be and who I think that I am, which only ‘builds’ stress in my life. Your message is the encouragement that I needed to keep focus on the ‘now’ throughout my daily activities…I Am ‘Now’!

    Blessings and Love!

    Namaste,

    Adrienne

  2. Lincoln says:

As you continue to stay in the now moment your identification with the thoughts in your mind will lessen and your experiences of being consciousness will increase. This will then make your sitting meditations much deeper and open you to experience more fully other previously unexplored aspects of yourself. Learning to stay in conscious awareness is the foundation of all spiritual experience. Namaste.

Thanks, Lincoln, and I look forward to learning more during your workshop!

    Namaste,

    Dear Lincoln,

I Have listened to all your videos and to several ones more than once. I am convinced that they make a great contribution to our spiritual education and progress; certainly to mine. I have been reading The Way of Mastering for more than a year as well, and I’m astonished and rejoiced at the correlation in the fundamental message imparted by both through their messages and by the vocabulary used by both.

It has to be more than a simple coincidence.

The Higher Self has had and has surely has more than one voice and it is very comforting.

Thank you for your wonderful work, Lincoln.

    Love,
