Often these powerful emotions and deep memories are related to traumatic experiences that we experienced as children. Now as adults we no longer need to carry these subconscious memories and emotions within us. We can be free of them. This video will teach you how.

We cannot change our past, but we can learn to understand it. With knowledge comes the first break in these emotional patterns. Knowledge creates an opportunity for genuine self-love and unconditional love to develop. This leads us towards forgiveness of ourselves (removing self-blame and self-anger) and others. Finally freedom happens as these old emotional patterns are released from our subconscious mind. We experience more joy, peace, happiness and love!
