When I first had the desire to awaken, it was because for the first time in my life, I very strongly experienced the blissful emotion of love associated with the heart chakra. I learned very quickly that it causes us much suffering when the love that we desire is tied to a person. I know that the same goes for any other form in life. Since, I have had the desire to reach a state of fulfilment. What I learned from this video was that, the more we try to manipulate ourselves and keep grasping for the experience of love, the farther we push it away from us. When we surrender into our spiritual heart, we can let God do all of the work for us. We do not need to do anything at all. It is in this state that I always feel the oneness and completion.

Awesome Wynona! Yes, the Divine Love energy naturally flows. We simply have to allow it to be part of our lives. The more we try to control this energy, the more we move out of our heart and into heads; the energy weakens and we wonderful.
Just like in any human-to-human relationship, we must allow each other to express who they are. So too must we allow Love to express through us just as it is. This is the secret to helping it grow into bliss.
