It is the creative energy of the Consciousness that empowers all of our thoughts, beliefs, ideas and knowledge to become our personal experience. Using a simple method of self-examination and mind examination, we are able to objectively look at our thoughts, beliefs, ideas and memories that are within our mind. It is this content in our mind that is directly creating our experience of ourselves in our lives.
